## Frequently Asked Questions

**Q. I want to delete my account.**
A. You can delete it from "Settings" → "Delete Account" inside the app. After deletion, your user information, registered items, discs, follow relationships, and all other data are completely erased.

**Q. How do I cancel Premium?**
A. You can manage your Russell subscription from your iPhone's "Settings" → "Apple ID" → "Subscriptions". You can also reach the same screen from "Settings" → "Premium Active" inside the app. To prevent automatic renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date.

**Q. I signed in with Apple ID but cannot change my email address.**
A. When using Sign in with Apple, your email address is managed by Apple and cannot be changed from inside the app. To change your email, please update it via your iPhone's "Settings" → "Apple ID" → "Sign-In & Security".

**Q. Push notifications are not arriving.**
A. Check that notifications are allowed under your iPhone's "Settings" → "Notifications" → "Russell". You can also toggle each event type (messages / follows / likes / announcements) individually under "Settings" → "Notifications" inside the app.

**Q. I can't find a book / film / song when searching.**
A. Russell displays search results from external APIs (Google Books, TMDB, MusicBrainz, Sakenowa, TheCocktailDB). If the data is not in these sources, you can manually register an item from "Add manually if not found" at the bottom of the search screen.

**Q. I want to block / report a user.**
A. From the "︙" menu in the upper right of the target user's disc detail screen, select "Block" or "Report". You can review and unblock blocked users from "Settings" → "Account" → "Block Management" inside the app.

**Q. I want to make a disc private.**
A. From "Settings" → "Disc Management", you can switch each disc's visibility between "Public" and "Mutual Followers Only". Discs set to "Mutual Followers Only" are visible only to users in a mutual follow relationship.

**Q. Tell me about Premium features.**
A. Russell Premium offers the following features:
- Removal of ads
- Realistic textured cases (4 types: Gold / Silver / Black / Wood)
- App icon color variants (4 colors)
- Home Screen widgets

**Q. The widget does not appear / does not update.**
A. Long-press the Home Screen → tap "+" → select Russell to add the widget. Widgets are a Premium-only feature. If the display is stale, launching the app once will refresh the disc state.

**Q. I want to move my data to a different device.**
A. Sign in with the same Apple ID or email address on the new device, and the data stored on Firebase will be synchronized automatically.
