## Frequently Asked Questions

**Q. I want to delete my account.**
A. You can delete it from "Settings" → "Delete Account" inside the app. After deletion, all data — tags, tracking logs, and display settings — is completely erased.

**Q. I want to move / sync my data to another device.**
A. Sign in with the same Apple ID or email address, and the data stored on Firebase is synchronized automatically. You can use the same data on iOS, macOS, or watchOS.

**Q. I signed in with Apple ID but cannot change my email address.**
A. When using Sign in with Apple, your email address is managed by Apple and cannot be changed from inside the app. To change it, go to "Settings" → "Apple ID" → "Sign-In & Security".

**Q. The widget does not appear / does not update.**
A. On iOS, long-press the Home Screen → tap "+" → select Jet Log. On macOS, add it from Notification Center. On Apple Watch, long-press the watch face → "Edit" → add Jet Log to a complication. If the display is stale, launching the app once will refresh it.

**Q. Changes are not reflected on my Apple Watch.**
A. The Apple Watch app fetches the latest data automatically while it is open (with a delay of a few seconds). If changes are not reflected, reopen the app.

**Q. I want to change settings such as chart type or theme.**
A. From "Settings", you can change the chart type (line / bar), accent color, theme (light / dark), language, and more. Your changes are synced to all devices on the same account.

**Q. About background sound while tracking.**
A. On iOS / macOS, you can play ambient background sound (BGM) while tracking. Turn it on/off and choose a sound from "Settings" → "BGM".
