Information collected automatically - The user identifier (UID) issued by Firebase Authentication - Account creation date and time The App does not collect any browsing history, location data, contacts, advertising identifiers, or other information beyond the above. --- ## 2. Purpose of Use We use the collected information only for the following purposes. - Authentication and account management for the App - Storing and displaying the tags, tracking logs, and statistics you record - Synchronizing data across iOS / macOS / watchOS when signed in with the same account - Improving the service and considering new features - Fulfilling legal obligations The App does not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes. --- ## 3. Provision to Third Parties Except with your consent or as required by law, we do not provide your personal information to third parties. Your email address and account settings are also never made public to other users. --- ## 5. Data Storage User data is securely stored on Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore). Firebase holds SOC 1/2/3 and ISO 27001/27017/27018 certifications and complies with industry-standard security practices. Each device (iOS / macOS / watchOS) keeps a local cache for offline use. --- ## 6. Data Retention Period Data is retained for as long as you hold an account. If you delete your account, the related personal information and recorded content are, in principle, deleted promptly. However, it may temporarily remain in system backups. --- ## 7. Data Deletion You can delete your account at any time from "Settings" → "Delete Account" inside the App, and all data associated with you (tags, tracking logs, display settings, etc.) is completely deleted. Please note that deletion cannot be undone. --- ## 8. Data Sync and Cross-Device Sharing The App is available on iOS / macOS / watchOS, and by signing in with the same account, your tags, tracking logs, and settings are automatically synchronized across devices. Synchronization is performed via Cloud Firestore. --- ## 9. Children's Privacy The App is not intended for use by children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 is using the App, we may delete the account. --- ## 10. International Data Transfers Data collected by the App may be stored and processed on servers outside Japan through the infrastructure of Google Firebase and Apple.
