**Polaris** (iOS / iPadOS, hereinafter "the App") protects users' personal information appropriately in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

## 1. Information We Collect

**The App does not collect any personal information whatsoever.**

- There is no account registration or sign-in.
- The App performs no network communication. All processing — computing and drawing the sky, displaying the clock and calendar — happens entirely on your device.
- The App does not access location (GPS). The place used to render the sky is derived from the city you select, or estimated from your device's time zone. Your actual location is never obtained.
- The App does not collect contacts, photos, browsing history, advertising identifiers, or any other data.

## 2. Data Storage

Your settings — clock and sky designs, the selected city, language preference, and so on — are stored **only on your device (and in an App Group used to share data between the app and its widgets).** They are never sent to any external server.

If you delete the App, these settings are removed from your device as well.

## 3. Provision to Third Parties

Because the App sends no data externally, it does not provide any personal information to third parties.

It uses no analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and no advertising (such as Google AdMob), and provides no information to advertising providers.

The App requests no permissions such as location, notifications, contacts, camera, or photos.

Because the App collects no personal information and performs no external communication, it can be used safely regardless of age.
